Opposite to zeolites (aluminium silicate crystals) that can be found in nature, Crystal Right is a synthetic zeolite without impurities and with predefined grain sizes developed for the treatment of well water. 
Thanks to its unique crystal structure, Crystal Right allows at the same time to remove hardness, iron and manganese and increase the pH.

Birm Air Filter, Iron Removal

The Birm Air Filter range is an efficient tool for the removal of iron present in well water. Thanks to the integrated air chamber, there is no need for a separate oxidator or compressed air. This results in both an economical and compact solution.
The medium functions in combination with an integrated air chamber in the vessel, the air oxidizes and the Birm filters the particles such as iron. The regeneration starts at the programmed time by means of a backwash to remove the pollutantslie iron. The patented Inch Worm system makes sure that the air is slowly removed from the vessel. Afterwards, the vessel is refilled with fresh air.
The system is equipped with the Evolve Plus valve, a sophisticated solution in the Clack range, offering plenty of capabilities such as the programming of a service alarm, access to very detailed historical data, ...

Classic Sand Filter

Sand - MTM, Iron Removal

The classic method for iron removal  is to use an oxidator and sandfilter. The dissolved iron and manganese is  oxidized before entering the Sand filter. The Sand filters are available with Clack of Fleck valves.
An other option is to us MTM. MTM, the successor of Manganese Greensand, removes by means of oxidation and filtration iron and manganese.

Our MTM filters are assembled with Clack electronic steered valves.

Because of it's high porosity and hydrophylic nature, Turbidex can typically operate at higherservice flow rates than multimedia or conventional sand filters.
